This is a song about the girl next door. It is part of an allegory (R College Story) about searching for truth.

How it was written:

Every jam session I was ever at played around with riffing to the sixth. I put a little umph into it, and got this song. Notice the melody to the verse parts, done by flat picking particular strings of the chord.

Musical Notes:

Didn't I just do that? Oh. This is a rockabilly number in the key of G, and another of R more (armor?) popular songs. We had a couple tables of people enthusiastically singing along to this one at our Flamingo Grille gig of in Fairfield, Solano County, California. (Flamingo Grille is now sadly defunct. Hmmmm… Coincidence?)
